Kyler works so hard at school and stays so involved and we just burst with pride for him. Way back in May, we got to attend his awards ceremony and his NHS induction ceremony.
I did have to strongly pursued him to attend either ceremony. He wasn’t one who wanted the fanfare for his accomplishments. But as his mom, I wanted to be there to cheer him on and support and acknowledge the things he does. So he went for me.
He received an academic award at Junior awards night.
At NHS induction, he made sure to give me a thumbs up as he walked across.
