just like everyone else, election 2016 made me sick. i am thrilled it is over. not thrilled with the outcome, but happy to move on and go forward in this great country of ours.
i loved that we got to celebrate veterans day just a few days after election day. i am sooo grateful for all those who serve and have served to protect our country and our freedoms.
Layla's kinder class had a parade around their school in honor of our veterans. there can't be a more pure and upstanding sight than a group of five and six year olds wearing their red, white, and blue, waving those american flags, and singing the national anthem. we love the usa!
